Maybe so John but IMO a lot of these borrowers plain and simple will not be able to make the payments.

If they rent for half the cost of ownership and have been unable to save adown payment and then need to state their income instead of prove it how can payments be made in the future?

Beats me but when you get that answer tell me so I can float along in my new $1,000,000 place.
