WCI reported this week. The earnings conf call is really worth listening to, if it is still available. While all the builders are hurting, WCI is uniquely positioned. Because their products consist of so many towers, they are facing do or die circumstances. If the Florida condo market does not reignite in the immediate future, WCI is dead.
