Absolutely, as Chapter 7 is needed for the UN resolution to have teeth to fight Hezbollah. But this new resolution is still under Chapter 6 title and is a complete joke. What the hell is wrong with the UN??? I don't think Israel is going to sign this, assurance or no assurance from us. They need to finish the job they started, or Iran rules the Middle East from now on.
