So a company with a product that is working is a scam.
The fact of the matter is that there has been much talk of a short position for well over two years.
The pink sheets and others are indeed a hot house for smucks who like to destroy companies, time and time again.
You never have to cover when a company goes under therefore no tax is due.
WTAF is not a scam, I have a very close friend who has a unit operating in his office and raves about it.
Buyins.net has tracked some 6.5 million short on this stock.
The company tried to issue a dividend stock payment to shareholders of record. They were unable to do so because there were way more holders of record than stock issued.
They are in the midst of moving to the OTC this will be answered when that occurs. Good Luck.
