Then none of these silicon valley companies have anything to worry about! You are so deluded it isnt even funny. Afraid you're going to see some friends going to jail? Or perhaps yourself? (you mentioned you work as a biz dev person in startup companies here in the valley, so i assume you'll probably see the fed up close and personal soon) -------- will you please quit making stuff up? Options backdating is legal.
