Attempting to destroy Hizbollah (impossible to achieve, in my view) would have the same effect as an attack on Iran; it would strengthen Ahmadinejad. Given that I equate "destroying" with disarming, or killing the ARMED portions of Hizbullah, let me see if I understand your logic properly. Disarming and neutralizing Hizbullah's ability to conduct further terrorist or military operations, and seizing, or destroying the millions of dollars worth of Katyushas and other weaponry that Syria and Iran have given to Hizbullah, would actually strengthen Ahmadinejad? So what you seem to be telling us all is that if we leave Hizbullah's military capability intact, thus ensuring they remain more powerful than Lebanon's army, this will weaken Ahmadinejad, right? Hell.. using that logic, maybe we should be arming Hizbullah ourselves... Hawk
