My nephew just turned 18, graduated HS, and went directly to the recruiting station. He previously begged his folks to sign him up for early entry, amazingly, they said no. He just went to basic, and can't get to Iraq soon enough. He is so excited you'd think he was going to Disneyland.. He said he was worried that we would pull out before he had a chance to kill some bad guys, he is frikkin nuts.
