>>When was the last mining company you saw taken public with sales and earnings?<<

It's a good point as far as it goes -- two comments: If I buy an explorer or junior, I know it is like an option -- could go bk. If it goes kaput, I don't need to resort to manipulation to explain -- if the company resorts to talking about manipulation instead of results, I'll sell. Second, if there is any truth to the claims of an explorer -- that there is ore of significant concentration that is mineable -- there is no question that the product is saleable ...

Re: "Don't you think it is responsible to report a a significant drag on your stock if you know it happens to be true."

I don't think a company should comment on it in public -- especially if they've no significant sales or revenues.

The only sales I have seen are to distributors or small sales to individuals -- sales are growing exponentially?? where??

That companies can go public with little in the way of sales or profits is a sign of the times, I s'pose. I still say that public preoccupation with short sales is a danger sign for any company that has no sales and no profits.

Real concern about the stock price should force focus on the business not the capital markets. The only reason to be concerned about the latter, is if they are coming back for more funds -- which appears to be out of the question for this one??

Maybe I'm wrong about this company -- by what time do you expect significant and sales -- and at what pt would you give up and sell, if said sales don't materialize??

BTW -- what is the market capitalization of this company?? I cannot find it ...
