However, my answer would not be complete without adding that almost all newsletter writers use deception in their advertising. That does not make it right, but I think it is important to point it out. For example, I recall that YOU (kirk) advertised your newsletter a while back by giving your one and five-year results, while leaving out the 3-year results. Or something like that. I'm not sure of the exact results, but shres probably knows. Anyway, you left out something that made you look bad, while using the results that made you look good. Very similar to what brinker did.
