Surely you can't be serious. PLNI has no intent to pay people off in cash, let alone a guaranteed "double your money no matter what" amount of cash.

If you meant $2K worth of preferred stock, you are essentially not assigning any value at all to the shares. Rather, you are issuing a promissory note at conversion that can later be redeemed for the face value's worth of common shares.
