Those towers could not have collapsed like they did from jets crashing into them. There was molten steel in the basements of the towers which would have been impossible from a jet fuel fire. WTC7 collapsed and it was not even hit by a jet. It just caught fire and collapsed on it's own. Just amazing. Only controlled demolition could have brought those buildings down the way they came down.

I didn't realize you were a structural engineer with a specialty in metallurgy.

Wow. We have all manner of specialists who frequent SI.
