Montana State University had nothing to do with students not showing up. hundreds of colleges have these programs. it was the men or women who used the excuse to take a program abroad to get into the united states. it could have been any college offering one of these programs.

i have a friend who takes in these students for periods of six weeks. her responsibility is to provide cold breakfast, and dinner and a bedroom. She takes in students from all over the world. they supposedly have all been screened by u.s. embassy and college prior to approval.
