It is impossible for anyone to name any innocent who'd been harmed by some alleged unconstitutional action by the Bush administration involving wire-tapping, foreign fund flow monitoring, anything under the Patriot Act, etc.

How can we answer your question.......we don't know what lines have been tapped. And that's the heart of the problem......indiscriminate/unregulated power corrupts and can lead to a restriction of freedoms.

Already Scotland Yard has admitted picking up one, may be two guys in the recent roundup who are innocent. Last year, they killed an innocent Brazilian because they could.
