Here are some possible reasons for upside next week, contributing factors are:

1) September Options have expired and it is the end of Q3.
2) All of the mutual funds that bought at these prices will window dress the end of quarter to show gains.
3) All of the mutual funds that lost money they will window dress to show that they trimed their losses
4) As a consequence, all of the momentum players will jump in to make a quick buck.
