As to rights and justifications, history does not require either, it just was, leading on to is, and eventually, what might be, probability distributed.
In the mean time, babies are dying, killed by men in armor, and daughters are getting raped, by men after golf game and killing, bravely, when shielded in armor, against sleeping parents unable to protect babies and daughters. And it is not happening in Tibet, which actually is not a current topic, since 30k innocents did not die there this year.
