You omitted one word, both this time and the last time you posted about this. Apple received a notice of possible delisting. What a difference a word makes.

Apple has asked for a hearing on the matter, which gives them two or three months to figure out what periods will have to be restated, and to come back into compliance. There is about zero chance that they will actually be de-listed.
