V1, The LGND news isn't that complicated. Both LGND and AGN will develop everything for everything and everything will be cross licensed. I expect LGND to sign a huge diabetes deal (now I think with LLY) and AGN will be bought out by JNJ. Both big boys will pour big bucks into development and LGND will get money from in-house products as well as a royalty stream.
