The debacle depressed Mercury's stock price and resulted in the company's de-listing from the Nasdaq Stock Exchange. Was the company delisted because it was unable to file its financial reports after the grace period(s) (I'm assuming one or more were granted) or because its stock price fell below the Nasdaq minimum? ($1 for a certain number of days, if I recall correctly) -we-
