Just wondering out loud. Are the Feds the only people that can prosecute AAPL? Say the Feds pass or hand out a slap on the wrist, can someone like Elliot Spitzer then come guns ablazing? I'm thinking what he did to AIG, which resulted in its longtime CEO, Maurice Greenberg, getting the boot. -we-
