Failure to file. The company sold to HP for around 4 billion dollars so I'm sure it never had a stock price under a dollar. ------------ Was the company delisted because it was unable to file its financial reports after the grace period(s) (I'm assuming one or more were granted) or because its stock price fell below the Nasdaq minimum? ($1 for a certain number of days, if I recall correctly)
