Murtha stands a very good chance of beating Pelosi for majority leader. Attacking Pelosi, who by the way has been very effective and does not deserve anyone's criticism, conveniently ignores the fact John Murtha (a conservative) is running for majority leader and has become the #1 democratic star in congress. Murtha is someone almost any American would trust and feel comfortable with, and more and more he is being proven #1 right about Iraq and Bush-Cheney's mishandling of our military. Murtha is not a liberal in any way, shape or form. Big difference from Pelosi who is a proud liberal.
