I realize there are a few places which don't allow Walmarts but they're few and far between. My son lives in Portland OR and they don't have them there - and I think Seattle is the same. Make that Walmarts are damn near everywhere.

As far as big cities go, Houston has them all over. They're putting some of the grocery stores out of business now. Dallas is surely the same, where the phone buyers were from.
