I think you are wrong. He got the weapons to defend against India and they are a deterrent. But if pakistan is about to be overrun by islamic militants, Musharraf knows damn well what will happen to those weapons. And i think at that point what i suggest can may come to pass. This is only an educated guess on my part. Another poster alluded to chatter about this in the region so i am not alone in my speculation. But admittedly it is just that.
