It has always been clear that Mr. Bush doesn't learn from his "mistakes" because he never believes he made any. I don't know if you remember this, but during one of the elections he was asked in a debate about a mistake. And he really couldn't think of one. Now what kind of man doesn't reevaluate his own behavior to pick out his mistakes?

I knew then we were doomed for the period of this administration. The harm Mr. Bush can do is somewhat limited since he has very few troops to play with now, but I would expect him to learn no lessons from Iraq, or anything else, ever.
