Henry, Nice summary of the deal, appreciate the conciseness. I am still trying to sort out the following: 33 1/3 % of all milestone payments made to Ligand with respect to ALRT 268 and 324 from future corporate partners (certain transactions exempted from up front payments) Are the exempted upfront payments the expected payments received upon signing a diabetes deal? thanks for any insights you maybe able to provide. Congrats to you and Nicole and her teammates on the shutout.
