How can I take this seriously when the "senior writer"
looks like a high school Senior?

thestreet.com

'two decades ago, when I was but a twinkle in the eyes..."
heh, but she got a couple comments from Derek Lowe (Corante)
so that's cool. It is an okay article, I guess I cannot
let the young face distract me from what seems to be an
adequate essay.

The Cohan quote at the end about biotech speculators:
"They would have to have no concerns at all about losing
money -- and their greatest concern would have to be simply
missing out."

correct!

--but you have to have held Amgen from 1985 to 2000,
that's a trick. Diversifying into a basket that
underperforms Amgen is assured. What I want are
interviews with folks who owned Amgen for the greatest
length of time during those 15 years. Some were just lucky,
but some were right. What decisions kept them in their
winning investment and made them wealthy. Do smart
investors let their profit run, do gamblers?
