Quit lying. Clinton and Wes Clark won in Yugoslavia without a single US casualty, working very well with our European allies. They deserve much credit. Clinton may have dodged the draft like Bush-Cheney but he put someone honest and competent in charge of the US military. Cheney and Rumsfield are both dishonest and incompetent.
