MC .. Well beats me .. I thought it's determined on which way it breaks .. but on the weekly it looks like a Pennant to me. Just because it's a bear pennant doesn't mean it has to break bearish .. but it may. To move up it would have to break the Down Trend .. and conquer some WMAs. The Weekly Closing Lows are important just as those overhead wmas are.
