Honey, it's interesting that you put "model portfolio cash reserves" in quotation marks when you paraphrased his QQQ advice. That phrase does not appear as you quoted it in Marketimer or the bulletin in relation to the QQQ call. And you accuse me of lying?

It's also interesting that you quoted selected passages from Marketimer issues, including November 2000, while omitting the very clear statement from that same issue that "Since this represents a short-term opportunity, and is not part of our long-term investment approach, we will not include this recommendation in our long-term model portfolios on page eight." (Nov 2000 issue, page 2, paragraph 4.)

We agree that Brinker's advertising is inexcusable because it omits a major failed call, but trying to say that black is white or that truth is falsehood is NOT the way to make that point if you want your criticisms of Brinker to have any credibility in the eyes of your readers.
