As usual, Ted, you conveniently forget that North Korea started cheating before Bush.

I didn't at all. Under Clinton, as I understand it, they were playing with uranium....trying to get it to a weapon's grade level. Unsuccessfully, I might add. Now they are producing plutonium which can used for nukes. Successfully, I might add. See the difference.

Maybe for your next act of brilliance, you'll advocate giving South Korea to the North, just like you advocate giving Israel to the Islamic extremists.
