With respect to your "trivia" point regarding Blecker selling 1/3 of his his stock, I see no evidence of that from the Vicker's website. I did a search on Vicker's going back to 1st of year. As of last transaction (Aug. 9), Blecker does not seem to be deviating at all from his pattern all year. That pattern is : 1) declare intention to sell on Form 144 each quarter, 2) excercise shares 2nd week of month, and 3) sell those shares the same day (presumably simultaneously).
