Sorry, wrong again Mr Aloha. Those who filed the suit are concerned about the stock price going UP, because folks are buying and holding, Mr. Kugler is one of them. The person being represented is ... "a client who has been "negatively impacted" by the recent price inflation of the shares", according to someone's phone conversation. You imply that if the certs weren't called the person wouldn't be in trouble? How in the world do you come up with that one? I'm sure everyone involved in a pump and dump call their certs, sure. You really are starting to get pretty lame these days. If it was a pump and dump, the person being represented in the suit wouldn't care because the price would go back down again. I'm amazed you continue posting after being wrong on almost every thing you bring up. Don't you ever get tired of being wrong? I still like the post where you thought the bogus press release was from the real OVIS and you thought the SEC made them do it.
