The feature and cover story article in this week's Businessweek magazine is....The Competition: What Makes a Winner.
Businessweek considers this article as a Special Double Issue since this one article is 70 pages in length. It delves into executive interviews as to how their company will address this issue. It also covers what countries and cities are doing to make their respective areas better competitors in the world economy. The most interesting segment is titled.."Selfish Genes and Mellow Monkeys." The article states that food and sex is what drives all animals, including humans, to compete. It further states that besides man, only baboons and chimps wage war. It then concludes with an interview with Roger Staubach on how to compete.(What a way to conclude the segment!)

The article doesn't mention SUMT, but IMO supports the industry they are in and my thoughts on the future potential of such companies that are dealing with training employees how to compete in the global economy.
