FEMA states that the fire only reached 600 degrees centigrade. That temperature was not nearly enough to weaken the steel to the point of failure.
The towers were designed to take multiple hits by 707s. The common misperception is they were designed to withstand 1 707 hit.
Fire from burning fuel from airline strikes is taken into account in the design.

Molten steel in the sub-basements of all 3 buildings remained molten for several weeks after the collapses.

Although an attempt was made to destroy all the evidence, a sample of the steel obtained PROVES thermate, which is military grade thermite (thermite with sulphur added), was present in large quantities. Thermate cuts through steel like a hot knife through butter and burns at temperatures well above that needed to melt steel...into molten pools in the subbasements. Continued reaction between the thermate and the steel is what kept that molten steel so hot for so long.

A collapse due to fire (a laughably implausible theory even when combined with the impact damage) would not in any way account for the fact that all 3 collapses were at nearly the rate of freefall. But this fact is very consistent with collapse due to controlled demolition.
