I agree that democracy is the greatest governmental institution that gives the limited choices that are most deserving of highest contempt of the sentient mind. In short Hobbes choices are democracy, other forms of government offer even fewer. The problem lies in the implementation, which is infinitely variable as well as infinitely arguable. All that is clear is that anyone most desirous of serving in government in general should never be allowed to do it. EC<:-}
