Ron, I'll be happy to stake out the processor. It will be only 11 hours round trip to commute. As far as the IRS is concerned, if the country was turned over to me, I would tax everybody a percentage of whatever they spent over a certain amount. Notice I said "spent", not "made". No deductions, no depreciations, no army of tax preparers. Just figure out what it will take to make a small annual payment on the national debt and set the tax rate accordingly. Everybody uses the same tax form to send with the payment. Put a big down payment on a house or car, expect your income tax to be higher that year because you will be taking money from your tax deferred savings or business. All the IRS would have to do is monitor the flow of cash out of the tax deferred status. Charles
