thank G.W. I think that answers my question that the excluded payments will be those received for the diabetes deal. Now we just need to determine how much greater than 25 million upfront, and how much greater than 50 million overall for the deal <G>. and announced by the 4 th qtr... (does that mean during or before ? ).....just joking with all the readers of this thread <VBG>
