Wow....I wouldnt want to be in that serf's guys shoes...he is now claiming he was PUMPING this at .0011, meaning he claimes he rec'd buying this the very first friday morning it traded and opened up 98% down...LMAO...Um, he was calling this a scam at that point and di not buy in and start pumping til ALOT higher....in fact, he made several posts stating he has nom position and was just enjoying the show.....when he finaly did buy in MUCH higher...he then started his mindless pumping and lying...and it continues everyday...the pumping AND the lies....he pumped this BIGTIME presplit at .20 - .25 and it is down 90 or more % since then.....LOL....Too funny hearing him say he started pumping at .0011 when anybody can bring up his posts and prove he is a blatant liar..
But, no reason for that as I have been told by another source that authorities are not only looking into company and it's actions ( company has already admitted SEC was 'inquiring'), along with actions of the TA, I was told they are also looking at those people attempting to use message boards and other forms of communication to spread false and misleading information in an effort to manipluate the share price and/or effecat the buys and sells of this security and I was flat out told, he specificaly had alot of eyes watching his actions...so personaly, I hope he keeps posting as he is....when all this is done, he will have alot of explaining to do, imo.....Does he not realize he should be more careful in what he says publicly when he knows everything is being 'watched'....is he not bright enough to realize his lies caused alot of people to buy ( not me!!) and lose 75-90% in a matter of days...and with that many people that you have lied to and caused hige losses, does he not think they are are not watching and working on their 'civil' action against him?
The guy is obviously a proven and blatant liar as evidenced by his very own posts....he has given out investment adice and false and misleading information and etc, etc...he has quite a headache to look forward to, imo.....Too many regulatory agencies and too many individuals watching this companies every move and the pumpers every move...and for all those claiming 25,000% gains and some claiming they made millions and etc, LOL..why not post and simply say "hey, IRS, please come and audit me"? LMAO....What FOOL exclaims on a message board with SO MANY EYES on it, that they made millions of dollars....why not send a written invitation to the irs and other agencies? LOL....HILARIOUS.....NO FILING AS EXPECTED...PUMPERS PROVED TO BE LYING yet again!!!!! |
