As for private schools, in some cases those with the worst problems and difficulties are sent to private schools, and there is no reason why private institutions could not provide the same services to the rest.

Wrong! Private schools can't afford to provide schooling to the poorest 1/3 in the country. Its been tried numerous times. A MPLS firm just tried in Miami. Like I've been saying to you, there are some services that don't fit the motivation of most companies. That is why gov't is an absolute necessity because they can provide those services. Gov't is far more important than some like yourself give it credit. Fortunately, you all are in the minority.
