Again how? They are unlikely to turn themselves in, and its not like you can send a few Interpol agents to arrest Hassan Nasrallah. The only way to arrest Hezbollah's leadership for war crimes would be to wage war on Hezbollah and crush it. Which would of course be a costly undertaking and cause an enormous mount of destruction in Lebanon. I suppose you could try them in abstentia, but it will have little impact on anything.
