Thanks Jeff for the info, has the current price already taken this in to account ? When was this news about increased competition and loan cutbacks made available, where is the onset of market response to this info ? at 3 3/4 or from 2.5 ? The volume seems to point towards a leveling off since as many people bought as sold, of course it would be wise to let the smoke clear, but then again, are we seeing a real value here ? Was there any positive feelings that resulted from your conversation with him ? John
