Yes, that is correct. I'm pretty sure DataQuick uses county record and those are filed at the close of escrow (it might take a few days to show up, but basically these are homes that closed in July).

And homes that closed escrow in July were mostly sold in May or June. These numbers are bad enough ... and I expect it will get ugly from here on out.
