Not at all. The standard for justice should be the same for all civilized countries and peoples.

I'm not talking about the standard. I'm talking about how you enforce the standard. To enforce the standard you need force. If your too "civilized" to use force, than people like Nasrallah will laugh at you, or perhaps kill you, but they won't be arrested by you.
