Scooped again, Also spoke with cynthia . Confirm basic response Add Hasfari is now in Arizona, this is his second trip to US in three weeks marketing both Edusoft products and Edusoft Increased positon @8 today EDUSF should show resiliency to widespread news of Hasfari sell of 40 thousand shares if the state of affairs is as investors relations portrays. Have no reason to believe otherwise although i'm perturbed about the sale. Really angry over the info I recieved from Edgar Online. Spoke with Customer Service two days ago, They haven't responded. The representative indicated that Edgar Online provide an inexpensive service as compared to others (like Disclosure). I guess that's the good news. The bad news is "It's unreliable". BTW I liked the Annual report foldout . A successful and creative display to demonstrate Edusoft's commitment to their employees and expansion to a worldwide market. Good PR gfrank
