They sure are. Seen some sellers lose out by throwing in the towel too soon. If they'd hung on a little longer, they'd be OK. Just proves real estate was always designed to be a long-time investment, not a get-rich-quick ATM machine. <<gg>>

And to go back to my original response to the poster, I would say, contrary to what he said...: The game is NOT necessarily over in 2007, no matter what part of the country we're talking about.
