No need, and I really don't mean to make a big deal out of it. I read your post this morning and it has kind of bothered me all day. As a lawyer, I frequently have to listen to tall tales and rants of frivolous lawsuits.....the Mcdonalds coffee case in particular. Of course, almost no one knows any of the actual facts of the Mcdonalds case. google.com So, McDonalds aside, when I see what are CLEARLY false stories that are written with an intent to mislead and perpetuate the myth of a justice system run amuck with frivolous victories, I don't like it. So again, no sweat...no problem. I may just be a bit overly sensitive. Plus, I am committed to only telling the truth.
