RMR, The seasoned members of the sales force made and exceeded their quotas but the new members did not meet quotas. Also sales force is too small to meet demands for server products. Management is staffing up the sales force and realizes the problem but it will take time to get a competent sales force out on the street. I believe if you are willing to wait 6 - 9 months you will see STDM at 10 or above. If you expect anything good in the next few months you will probably be disappointed. Stock should stabilize between 5 and 6 over the next month. Karl
