I found it a little disturbing that they were distributing videos at an investors' conference. An odd reaction, maybe, but all I want these guys to do is first, to make Lenox well known among buyers in selected industries or even in the general public; and second, to close sales.

Like many others in this thread, I suspect that we (including KK and DD) would be better off if Lenox would hire and give appropriate authority to clear-headed and experienced executives.

Think about it, gentlemen. Please consider it seriously.
