3. TVCP v. Villasenor - dismissed.
4. Zwebner v. Villasenor - dismissed.
5. Zwebner v. John Does 1-100 - dismissed. Severe language against Zwebner for Improper Subpoenas.
6. UCSY v. Turner, CNN, Wolf Blitzer, Villasenor - dismissed. severe sanctions and legal fee payments against John Faro, UCSY's attorney.
7. Zwebner v. Coughlin (FLa.) - dimissed.
8. Zwebner v. Coughlin (Calif) dismissed. legal fee payments against Zwebner and attorneys.
9. UCSY v. Lycos I (Fla) - transferrd to Mass Federal Court
10. UCSY v. Lycos II (Fla) - transferred to Mass Fed. Court and combined with #9 above to continue as #13 below.
11 UCSY v. Lycos III (Fla) - dismissed.
12 UCSY v. Lycos IV (Fla) - dismissed.
13. UCSY v. Lycos, Villasenor (Mass Fed.) - dismissed. Vilasenor filed counter complaint against UCSY, Zwebner, Howard Hager, Andrew Cunningham, Robert H. Cooper and Omar Ghaffar.
14. UCSY v. JJ Reidy (Fla) - transferred to #15 below.
15. JJ Reidy v. UCSY (Mass Federal) - pending.
16. World Wide Water v. UCSY (Calif) - pending. WWW's 5 Motions to Compel production of Documents all granted.
