Titus As Chief Financial Officer, Succeeding David Johnson HAYWARD, Calif. (AP) -- Kosan Biosciences Inc., which focuses on developing cancer treatments, said Tuesday it named Gary S. Titus as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Titus takes the position from David L. Johnson, 52, who has been fulfilling responsibilities on an interim basis. Titus previously worked as acting chief financial officer at Nuvelo Inc. and has held the position of vice president, finance and chief accounting officer. Shares of Kosan closed unchanged at $2.97 on the Nasdaq. biz.yahoo.com
